Gruden Not Satisfied

Fans seem to relate more to Gruden then past coaches.  You can tell he hates losing games we should have won and is more than willing to hold those needed accountable.

He has his work cut out for him.

Hoards of inconsistency on defense and in pass protection makes play-calling almost impossible on either side of the ball...problems likely not to be 100% solved until the off-season.

There is still a ton of great, young talent...and the Redskins will win more games this year...how the team adjusts and how players react will determine our future, beyond this season, almost as much as the quality of our personnel decisions.

Have faith...our team, the Washington Redskins, are a gold mine of talent.  We might need a better wash plant or a better excavator...is just a matter of time before we hit our pay streak.
