The Redskins did not make the biggest splash on the first day of free agency. They did, though, make some conservative moves and addressed ILB, WR, and some depth at the interior of the offensive line with the signings of ILB/ST Ace Adam Hayward, WR Andre Roberts, and G Shawn Lauvao. The Redskins also re-signed WR Santana Moss (to a 1 year deal) and ILB Perry Riley.(to a 3 year deal).
I see value and low-risk on most of the signings. WR Andre Roberts may have been the only salary with a risk, but guys with 4.36 speed always bring more money.
Hail to the Redskins!
