Welcome back Doug Williams to the Redskins, this time, as a front office executive involved with player personnel. Williams is also reunited with GM Bruce Allen, previously working together in Tampa Bay. I am glad to see this addition prior to the draft...we need all the talent-finding eyes we can get in this years draft to rebound from last season.
